Planning Applications

Downley Parish Council hold monthly Planning Committee meetings to discuss planning applications in Downley. The Council do not have decision-making powers but are consulted for their local knowledge.

Planning Committee Meetings are open to the public. They are usually held on the first Thursday or Friday of the month at 1:30 p.m.

There will not be a separate  meeting of the Planning Committee in April, instead the following applications will be discussed at the Parish Council meeting on the 8th April 2025 07:30 p.m.
