Downley for me is perfect, it has that great community feel of a village but closer enough to Wycombe and connections to London for work. My family and I moved here in 2015 for the schools and countryside. I always felt part of the community but never more so than during the pandemic.

I stepped up to deliver the infamous sticky bun run and met so many more wonderful people. This gave me the passion to run for the Parish Council. Now elected I hope I can be a conduit to communicate what needs to be done and what is being done. As a community and group of volunteers I believe we can succeed in producing the best for this village, we call home.
